What is Oxide Video Downloader?
A Windows desktop app for saving videos from YouTube and 1000+ other sites, powered by yt-dlp. Paste a link, pick a quality, and download.
What video qualities are supported?
From 144p up to 4K, plus audio-only MP3. You can also pick a specific stream using the Formats window.
Can I download private or age-restricted videos?
Yes, by selecting your browser cookies under the Cookies option so the app uses your logged-in session.
Does it support proxies?
Yes. The proxy field starts empty. You can pick from a built-in list (sorted by uptime) or type your own host:port.
Where are downloads saved?
By default to %USERPROFILE%\Videos\VideoDownloader. You can change the folder in the app.

What is Oxide FTP?
An industrial-strength, dual-pane FTP/SFTP/FTPS/SSH client built with Rust. It supports drag-and-drop transfers, a transfer queue, site manager, and a remote terminal.
Which protocols does Oxide FTP support?
FTP, FTPS, SFTP, and SSH.
